Do you crave the unusual – the off beat – and want to make it yourself? Try making your own Barmy Birdcage. You will learn simple wire working techniques such as twisting, bending, spiralling and binding. Your creation can then be embellished with beads, chandelier crystals, keys, old jewellery components or any other similar “treasures”. Bring along your own treasures to make it truly yours. Materials including wire and some assorted beads. Use of tools provided but if you do have pliers or wire cutters please bring them along. Be sure to bring an apron as it can get dirty!
