You will create an attractive rustic twig basket – so start scavenging now! Collect interesting small branches or
willow rods no more than 90 cm long and no more than pencil thickness that are supple enough to bend. Bring
along any vine such as ivy or jasmine or other weaving materials (fresh is better – but don’t worry – Pat will have
some back ups in case what you bring is not suitable). Be sure to bring sharp clippers and an old towel. You will
learn about the collection and preparation of materials as well as weaving techniques during the class.
