How to Exhibit at ArtSpace Wonthaggi

1. Read the Curatorial Guidelines. Download the Curatorial Guidelines information here

  • Decide how much space you will need.
  • Think about when you wish to exhibit – and get in early to avoid disappointment.
  • Consider which images you wish to accompany your application.

2. Complete the Form. Download application form here: Exhibitor Application form

  • Fill in the form.
  • Answer all the questions.

3. SUBMIT your application.

Via email send the following to artspacexhibiting@gmail.com

In person  seven days a week from 11 am to 3 pm at ArtSpace Gallery, 1 Bent Street, Wonthaggi.

  • Signed form.
  • Your artist statement, CV and a bio of 200 words.
  • At least four good quality portfolio images of works you would like to exhibit in JPG or GIF format (150 ppi and around 500-800 pixels on the smallest side).
    Each image should be labelled as Your Name – Title of Work – Dimensions – Medium.

How to Exhibit on ArtSpace Wonthaggi website

Once you have completed all of the above and your art is on display in our gallery you are entitled to have an Artist page on this website.

To add your Artist page to the ArtSpace website the following files are essential:

  • Artist Statement (approximately 200 words)
  • Photograph of yourself (portrait)
  • Quality photographs of your work
  • Title, dimensions, medium (and caption, if possible) for each artwork photo you provide.
  • CV (optional – a link will be placed under your Artist’s Statement)

Text to be in MS Word format or equivalent (not PDF).

Photographs to be in JPG or GIF format, 150ppi, and around 500-800 pixels on smallest side.

Please provide a few different quality photographs of your work that you feel best represents your art. We do not need a photo of every piece – just the ones you would like to feature on the website. No more than 12 photos please.
